Follow us on FB or Insta: smokymoutainsretreats ► BEDROOMS This three-story cabin accommodates up to 10 guests between the three bedrooms (one on each level) and two queen-size sleeper sofas (one in the living room and one in the game room). You will find a TV in every room. Upper floor: Master Bedroom with a King size bed & en-suite bathroom – sleeps 2 Main floor: Master Bedroom with a King size bed & en-suite bathroom – sleeps 2 Lower floor: Master Bedroom with a King size bed & en-suite bathroom– sleeps 2 Great room: Queen-size sleeper Sofa – sleeps 2 Game room: Queen-size sleeper Sofa – sleeps 2 See pictures of the floor plan in the listing (last pictures). ► KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with all the cookware, cutlery, and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Crockpot, Keurig Duo with carafe & single serve pod coffee maker. The dining table comfortably seats eight. ► OUTDOOR GRILL There is a private Gas Grill. We provide the Propane Gas. ► OUTDOOR SPACE After a day of hiking and sightseeing, you have a lot of options to chill: *relax by the fire pit *soak in the private hot tub *kick back in the rocking chairs and enjoy the fresh mountain breeze and impressive views towards Mt. LeConte. ► FIRE PIT Our private fire pit is located right by the cabin and offers nice Mountain views. There are 6 outdoor chairs. If you plan on using the fire pit, just remember to bring some fire wood (you can find this at the supermarket next door if needed - 5 min drive). ► GAME ROOM You, your family and guests will love playing in the game room outfitted with an air hockey table, foosball table, video arcade games, and a home theater area for movie nights. There is also an assortment of board games. ► PETS We are a pet friendly cabin and you can bring up to 3 dogs as long as they are house broken/potty trained. We welcome all breeds of dogs and have no restrictions on weight. The pet fee is $175 for the whole stay for up to 3 dogs (the fee is not per dog). ► INTERNET/CABLE High Speed Wireless Internet Smart TVs in the living room/game room as well as in each bedrooms. ► LAUNDRY Full size washer and dryer. ► AMENITIES Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. ► PRIVATE PARKING Flat parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. ► ENTRY The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. ► SMOKING No Smoking indoors. Other Details to Note
For security reasons, we have placed 2 outside cameras, one is located on the entry porch facing the entrance door and one is located facing the fire pit/street. Ring cameras in place and actively recording. Ring cameras are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time. Please remember that you are staying in our home away from home. Please treat our cabin with respect. "Out of our control" problems could arise, please note we will do everything in our power to resolve any issue ASAP, as your comfort means everything to us.
